Wed. December 30 - 3rd Annual Hogmanay Eve Concert, Supper, and Costume Ball!
UPDATE: Hello all:
The Annual Hogmanay Eve event will be held at the Clermont Lion's Club Hall in the Lion's Club Park at 3201 N. Tansel Road. It's easy to find from I 465. Take Exit 16A onto Crawfordsville Rd/U.S. 136 West. Go about 3 miles to Tansel Road and turn left. You'll go a few blocks and the Club building is on the left hand side. Coming from another direction, it's 2 blocks north of W. 30th Street on Tansel Road heading north into Clermont.
Remember it starts at 6 pm and supper is included. Rusty Musket will perform at 7 pm and then at 8 pm will be Hogeye Navvy and, of course, dancing. Of course, since it us, you'll be aware that the times are approximate!
Supper will only include drinks of Iced Tea and Coffee. Anything else you want, feel free to bring with you.
Reservations are REQUIRED and must be paid in advance. Go to the website at www.hogeyenavvy.com and you can use PayPal (some already have and it works!), or you can mail a check to Hogeye Navvy, P.O. Box 334, Beech Grove, IN 46107, or come to The Aristocrat this Saturday and pay there.
Remember to come in costume if you wish, re-enactment or otherwise. Seeing what folks come up with is a always fun!

Hogmanay is New Year's Eve, but we celebrate Hogmanay Eve - this is so we don't have to go parading the streets with lighted torches setting bonfires!
Costumes encouraged! Come in costume from any re-enactment era, or historical period, you prefer.
No bonfires - but there will be plenty of good food and drink and music by Hogeye Navvy and Rusty Musket.
Also traditional dancing, called by Mac. As in the past, a great time will be had by all!
6 pm - doors open, supper available.
7 pm - Rusty Musket concert
8 pm - Hogeye Navvy concert and dancing
10 pm - We bid you goodnight!
Cost: $20 per person, $30 per couple, Groups of 10+ $12/person.

Hogeye Navvy is back for the winter sojourn at The Aristocrat, our home away from home, at 52nd and College.
We play from 9 to 11 pm each Saturday through February 2010. There is a $5 cover charge per person. This is a nice room for listening (and singing along!), good food, decent prices, good libations.
They take reservations for Saturday nights and if you are coming with a group of more than 4 or 5 people, a reservation is a good idea.
